The U18 International League for the 2023/24 season featured a competitive lineup of nine teams from various regions. This league is part of the ÖEHV (Austrian Ice Hockey Association) youth championships and is designed to foster high-level competition among young ice hockey talents.

League Format:
- Phase 1: All nine teams play in a single division, engaging in two round-robin tournaments, resulting in each team playing 32 games.
- Playoff Structure:
- Playoff-Pick: The top 8 teams advance to the playoffs, where the top 3 teams can pick their opponents.
- Placement-Playoff: Consists of 2 games played in a “CHL-Mode” format, where both games are hosted by the better-placed team.
- Quarterfinals: Best-of-three series.
- Semifinals & Finals: Best-of-five series.
